No more condemnation

1 There is therefore now no condemnation (Gr: kateakrema=not servants to penalties of our sin) to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Those who walk after the Spirit are free from the penalties of sin. But those who walk after the flesh are not free.
The moment we live in the Spirit we become free from condemnation. 
The law that can no longer accuse you.
Now why is that so important to be free from condemnation?
